PUBLIC DOCKETAWAITING DEFENSEDEFENSE DEADLINE · 59H 06M
PLAINTIFF — OPENING STATEMENT

Plaintiff filed online records request and after 30 days followed up. 3 separate employees claimed there were no records. The third one claimed records are deleted after 10 years. I reminded them my child was under 10 so they would have those records, and in the WA/OR/ID locations, they are also bound to not delete records when informed of crimes to preserve, etc, which I did in 2019. They are to remain indefinitely at that point.
