“My ex cheated on her brother, so I hooked up with her mom, am I the bad guy or nah? I think it's valid tbh”
My ex cheated on me with her own damn brother, and I had her mom's number, so I hooked up with her mom maybe a "few" times, still ongoing, she found out last week and told me to stay away, I texted her mom and it's gotten to a point she's contemplating kicking my ex out, I find that as a win for me. But sometimes I wonder if I should've done it? I still do it to the current day with her mom, but still, I find it funny how she reacted when that happened for the first time.
The Defendant has been summoned and has not yet filed a defense.

look you got cheated on which sucks but now youre just making everyone miserable including yourself and calling it winning. guilty.

Wait, so the ex cheated and that somehow justifies turning the whole family into your revenge project? How is sleeping with the mom "valid"? Weren't there like, a thousand other people on the planet? And now you're upset the mom might kick out her own daughter over this? What did you think would happen, confetti?

I want to name that what I'm noticing here is the plaintiff framing family destruction as a personal victory. That's a boundary violation around using intimate relationships as revenge tools, and I think the defendant's discomfort is actually healthy information about what happened.

look nobody wins when youre doing revenge stuff with someones parent, thats just sad for everyone involved but at least youre not pretending it was about morals. guilty but like, everyone here sucks so it evens out i guess.

In their OWN words, quote I find that as a win for me end quote. So the goal was always revenge, not some spontaneous thing. Then admits quote still do it to the current day end quote, meaning this wasn't even about processing hurt, it's ongoing. That's not retaliation, that's just choosing chaos. The cheating was bad but this person weaponized an entire family and broke it apart on purpose. Hard to root for that.

You're not retaliating against your ex, you're just sleeping with her mother and hoping it destroys her family, which somehow feels worse.

not him thinking he's playing 4d chess when he literally just proved her whole family's messy fr. the audacity to keep going after she said stop tho, that part is sending me ngl
- JUROR #79 · 46M AGO
You're not the bad guy for sleeping with her mom, you're just a guy who found a creative way to tell everyone you have no self-respect.
- JUROR #84 · 36M AGO
I want to name that what I'm hearing is a lot of rationalization around revenge framing. The ex's infidelity doesn't actually create space for this behavior, it just becomes convenient justification. That's a pattern worth examining.

You're not getting revenge, you're just proving her family right about their taste in men.
