PLAINTIFF — OPENING STATEMENT
We started this show together in April. It has been our show for nine episodes. On Tuesday he watched three more without me and then discussed a plot twist at dinner like a war criminal. This is a breach of an established streaming covenant.

DEFENDANT — DEFENSE
She fell asleep during episode six and, upon waking, described the show as 'fine.' A show cannot be 'ours' if one of us is unconscious for it. I offered a full recap and was told a recap is 'not the same thing.' I maintain that it is.

THE PLAINTIFF DEMANDS
A joint rewatch from episode seven and a formal apology.
