PLAINTIFF — OPENING STATEMENT
I planned the trip. Spreadsheet, bookings, a laminated itinerary. He paid for nothing, attended everything, ate the snacks I bought, and then — back home, safe, tanned — rated the entire trip 'mid' in the group chat. The audacity has kept me up two nights.

DEFENDANT — DEFENSE
The beach day was objectively mid; it rained. I said the trip was mid, not the company — an important legal distinction. Also entered into evidence: the laminated itinerary scheduled 'spontaneous fun' for 2 p.m. daily, which the jury deserves to know.

A retraction in the group chat, same font size.
